VARMIX Brush Bond
BRUSH APPLICATION FOR ANTI CORROSION
Brush bond is a liquid based anticorrosion nano silica polymer. When applied on corrosive reinforced steel on concrete structure it will form a thin film on the steel and seal the upper layer to prevent the further oxidation. While plastering it will seals the water penetration into the repaired structure and increase the building life.
Application Areas
Damaged structures, Repairing Cracks and Grouting.
Dosage: 1 Liter per 50 KG of cement, 1:0.3 Liter Brush bond: water ratio mix and apply on effected area with either brush or pressure spray for 3 times, and same area should be plastered with cement and brush bond admixture.
